Join as a LearnED Teacher

As a LearnED program teacher, you will be able to impact several people’s lives by helping them gain financial literacy and STEM skills they need to be better positioned for their financial future. No prior teaching experience required; all you need is a passion for expanding literacy for all!

Join as a Research Scholar

As a research scholar volunteer with our iDisrupt:Lab, you will be able to impact several people’s lives by helping conduct research and drive insights into several key financial inclusion and social equity related topics/areas. No prior research experience required; all you need is a passion for sustainable innovation and positive social impact!

Chief Coaching Officer

  • To develop the curriculum (ppts, interactive lessons, etc) for our financial literacy classes + workshops and expand our selection of topics offered.
  • Be able to teach/lead a class or workshop.
  • Work with and develop financial literacy content alliances to build our content/teaching material.

Chief Outreach Officer

  • Develop a robust partner alliance network (schools, local governmental bodies, leading nonprofits, and ecosystem partners) to support the Fluid Ice Foundation’s goal of financial inclusion
  • Develop additional financial inclusion initiatives to drive impact at a community level.
  • Liaison with financial lenders/credit unions with a focus on financial inclusion targeting un/underbanked, underserved communities, women inclusivity, MSME’s, etc.

Chief Research Officer

  • Work to identify recent and established research in the field of financial inclusion globally
  • Develop partnerships with leading research institutions and corporates focused on financial inclusion.
  • Work on independent research topics in financial inclusion identified by the Fluid Ice Foundation and publish the same in industry leading journals.

Chief Public Relations Officer

  • Develop the Fluid Ice Foundation’s public media strategies with an aim to increase awareness about the Fluid Ice Foundation and its initiatives.
  • Develop relations with local newspapers, journals, media agencies, etc
  • Track recent news, developments, events, and public policies surrounding financial inclusion

Chief Fundraising Officer

  • Researching, applying, and securing grants for the organization from private or governmental entities
  • Organize charitable fundraisers for the organization. Manage and develop donor relations.
  • Determine the best ways to appropriate the funds received and manage post-award grant compliance.

Chief Human Resources Officer

  • Develop and implement organizational HR initiatives
  • Manage the recruiting process by creating job descriptions, posting ads, and implementing the hiring process
  • Create and implement an effective onboarding process.

Head Blog Channel

  • Develop a global strategy for the blog channel to cater for diverse demographics and geographies.
  • Drive vibrancy for the blog channel and develop an active reader base for the same.
  • Develop a team of blog writers to regularly create and post blogs on financial inclusion.

Head Podcast Channel

  • Identify topics and develop scripts for podcasts on topics related to financial inclusion.
  • Identify special guests and reach out to appear on our podcast.
  • Develop a team of podcast creators and maintain an active audience.
